cnn posted a video and when they contacted the place he rented the cars from they have speed gps and the place where the cops pulled him over both cars were going 30 mph wait I’ll find it

The video doesn’t look like they were going fast and the police said that those SUVs were blocking the street but…. They basically lied through out their entire report which is all kinds of awful.
